All members should by now have received their Yearbook. If yours has not appeared, please reply to this post and I'll investigate.
Got ours but we don't really need two copies. Is there a way of stopping one copy?
Rob & Jude Greaves
Hi Rob and Jude,
Several members ask this if there is more than one member in a household and we used to do it that way but since we moved the database online it has become more difficult to do it. We also used to do it in a slightly odd way in the old database which meant if household members split up we lost the info for one of them. So in terms of generating our mailing list it is much easier for us to send a Yearbook to each member. What we would encourage is that if you don't want the extra copy is to pass it on to someone who may be interested in joining the club or leave it in your local doctor's surgery or somewhere else where it may attract a potential new member. We will keep the Yearbook per member under review as it may be possible to do it in future but one member would have to decide that they did not want a Yearbook. At present that isn't an option in the database and to be honest the setting up of GoCardless has been an all encompassing task this year for the Club Committee.
Hiya - I was just about to enquire when I saw this thread - many thanks! I saw the 2019 yearbook a week ago - but I have not yet had one. Here's hoping you can resolve this . . .
Looking forward to it, as ever,
Martin
Martin - I'll send a replacement. There seems to be a problem with LL55 postcodes!
Hi Mike,
Nothing has arrived yet with us. Maybe delayed on the Irish Sea??
Thanks.

Phew - we have tracked down the pallet that had gone astray and hope that all overseas members will shortly get their YBs. Sorry for the delay!
Great, thanks for the great detective work Mike!
