AAC insurance!!

I've always had Austrian Alpine Club insurance. Now, in the process of renewing my membership online for next year, I find myself puzzled / annoyed. I can put myself in as  a female but when I come to add Steve (who is male), the only options I get are 'female', 'unspecified' or 'times'. Are the latter two categories specific to the Austrians?

I've left it too late to phone them as their office closes at 2 pm and they haven't replied to the email I sent 2 days ago. 

Has anyone else had this issue? Serious replies welcomed and jokes accepted. Ali
