Aosta Vally Day Touring and Off Piste

Hi,

Anyone got any pointers or advice on day tours or good off-piste in the Aosta Valley? Looking at 10 days or so there in March?

A few days ago I went up to Col Serena. North facing so even with the warm weather had reasonable snow conditions.

As for good off-piste, weather permitting you can't beat a day on the Vallee Blanche.

A day at Cervinia / Zermatt is worth a visit, leave early and ski over to the Rothorn.

Otherwise any resort with good snow, which is sadly hard to find these days.
