Used from 1996 to 2003, and have sat in a cupboard since then. I have finally got round to removing them from the skis, which I have thrown out. A photo of these bindings appears in the 1996 Eagles journal alongside a review I wrote of them, as they were revolutionary at the time! AFAIK they are in good condition, but it might be worth getting a technician to check/service them. Heel pieces are included, I just forgot to include them in the photo. Free (+ postage).
