Hi
A couple of us are embarking on a 10 day trip to Albania and Kosovo to explore. It is very hard to find any information. Does anyone have any resources they could share about ski touring routes around Brezevica in Kosovo and Valbona in Albania. Any other tips or recommendations would be great as well. We are flexible about where we go. Are there other areas we should consider? Maybe Montenegro ?

So, my wife went to Kosovo in 2007 on a relief mission. They were mostly around Pristina, but we're warned by the locals they were with about land mines... "Don't go wandering off for a walk in the mountains" is what they were told. You may be fine in Brezevica, but I'd definitely get good local advice if you haven't already.
Montenegro is lovely by the way... Not ski toured there but been inland away from the coast when staying in the summer. I did think it would make a lovely destination for ski touring
Look up Alex Miller (website and yearbooks) as he did several trips in Albania and neighbouring countries.
This may provide some info, or at least if not some inspiration.

All recent ESC Yearbooks are online and have been indexed by region. You can search for articles by region. The list of Regions (with accompanying maps to show the region boundaries) is at Resources / Yearbook Regions www.eagleskiclub.org.uk/resources/yearbook-regions
From here you select the region your are interested in - in your case this is "Dinaric Mountains". You then get a list of relevant yearbook articles:
